    I already eat dairy free, gluten free, organic, non-GMO foods, and I eat broccoli, cauliflower, onion, and avocado (when I can afford them). I drink nothing but water. I do not take over the counter medicines except flonase. I do take a woman's daily vitamin that supports my immune, cardio vascular health, and gives me energy, this vitamin I take is free from the top allergens.
