Coronavirus can stir up all sorts of feelings, like fear, anxiety or stress. A little stress can be helpful. It can be the motivator that keeps us self-isolating or washing our hands. But constant or high levels of stress can negatively affect our mental and physical health.

    My Anxiety is the worst. It's become quite unbearable.
    I think I know what's going on. There must be stuff being sprayed or something. And that is trying to weaken us innocent people! The government and them secret agents are the ones doing all this. I've been dealing with some demons. They've been causing me to have a LOT of depression, making me go bed extremely late on a daily basis, low immune system and it's even causing me to have bad teeth. My teeth has gotten so bad to a point I CAN'T even eat certain foods I'm unable to chew or swallow like the food isn't going down it sticks to the mouth, teeth and throat, That has also given me a loss of appetite. Now, I've got to do things to repair the nerves. It's gonna take quite a while to recover which is not going to be easy…
